    Spanish melodic death metal band SynlakrosS has released a new single and accompanying official music video titled “The Mire Of The Forgotten.” The heavy, emotionally charged track serves as the group’s darkest and most extreme release to date, arriving across all major digital streaming platforms on June 18.

    The new single was written as a direct tribute to the victims of the devastating floods that struck Valencia, Spain, on October 29, 2024. Thematically, “The Mire Of The Forgotten” explores intense feelings of grief, rage, and the consequences of indifference, operating as a refusal to let the memories of the victims wash away.
