Inherits the Void – The Silent Abscission (Review)
This is the fourth album from French solo black metal act Inherits the Void. From 2021’s Monolith of Light to 2023’s The Impending Fall of the Stars to Scars of Yesteryears, the artist behind Inherits the Void seems to refine and tweak his vision for atmospheric/melodic black metal just that little bit more with every … Continue reading “Inherits the Void – The Silent Abscission (Review)” -
BRUCE DICKINSON Shares Behind-The-Scenes Footage From “Tears Of The Dragon” Film
In September 2025, shortly after performing at The Town festival in São Paulo, Brazil, Bruce Dickinson teamed up with directors Leo Liberti and Antoine De Montremy to create a cinematic companion piece for a newly reworked version of “Tears Of The Dragon”. The updated track appears on More Balls To Picasso, the revamped edition of Bruce Dickinson‘s 1994 solo album Balls To Picasso.
Filmed inside a disused brewery in São Paulo, the production brought together Bruce Dickinson, his House Band Of Hell, and the Almai Orchestra under the direction of Antonio Teoli. The orchestra had already contributed to the studio recording of the new version of “Tears Of The Dragon”, helping reshape the song with a broader orchestral arrangement.
The finished film also features Brazilian ballet dancer Renata Bardazi, whose performance adds another visual layer to the song’s emotional themes. The project has already made an impact on the film festival circuit, collecting several awards and nominations before its public release. Behind-the-scenes footage from the production has also been made available.
Discussing the project, Bruce Dickinson said: “When we reimagined the whole More Balls To Picasso album, we always wanted to do an orchestral version of “Tears Of The Dragon”. Antonio Teoli scored it and we recorded it, then we called up the filmmaker Leo Liberti who previously shot a load of live stuff for me in Brazil that was fabulous. We found this amazing location, an enormous old-school brewery that was almost like a renaissance building, and we made up the orchestra so they looked slightly zombified. All the HOUSE BAND OF HELL band members are in the video and I gave them all instruments to play. The whole thing was brilliant madness. Leo Liberti also came up with the idea of having a ballet dancer interpreting the song, and she was amazing, poetic, and that adds an incredible extra-emotional dimension to the video.”
The video has already collected a number of honors, including several Best Music Video awards across international film festivals.
“Tears Of The Dragon” Video Awards (2026)
- Los Angeles Film Festival IAF — Best Music Video
- Los Angeles Film Awards — Best Music Video
- New York International Film Awards — Best Music Video
- Eastern Europe Film Festival — Best Music Video
- Sweden Luleå International Film Festival — Best Music Video
- World Premiere Films Awards — Best Music Video / Best Editing
- Asian Independent Film Festival — Best Music Video
- Berlin Music Video Awards — Bronze
While Balls To Picasso received a positive response when it was originally released, the album never fully reflected Bruce Dickinson‘s complete vision for the material. Following the success of The Mandrake Project in 2024, he revisited the record, resulting in More Balls To Picasso, a release featuring partial re-recordings, fresh mixes and new mastering work. The updated version presents the songs with a more expansive approach while preserving the spirit of the original album.
More Balls To Picasso also adds two previously unreleased live-in-the-studio recordings, “Gods Of War” and “Shoot All The Clowns”. The album is available as a splatter vinyl double LP and a tri-panel digisleeve CD edition.

DS Photo Gallery & Show Review: Hot Stove Jimmy, The Crombies, Run and Punch, Burn Rebuild at Reggie’s Rock Club. Chicago, IL (05.29.2026)
The weather outside Reggie’s Rock Club in Chicago was mild, but the Ska inside was hot. Hot Stove Jimmy, The Crombies, Run and Punch, and Burn Rebuild put on an all-Chicago bonanza.

Hot Stove Jimmy celebrated the 30th Anniversary of its album Salute. The Chicago Ska Revival band was formed in 1994. On this evening, the headliners brought sizzling bombast and a cacophony of sounds in the very best way. Three decades plus on, the band, through numerous line-up changes, the band was also able to bring out the fun, with each member displaying their own kind of energy.
Jamming through the songs from Salute, it was obvious the fans in this crowd had long been thirsting for the band’s return.
The Crombies is a beloved Windy City crew that plays regularly around the city, with occasional forays across this continent and others.
Tight as always, the band is a blast to watch, with members spinning, jumping, and getting down onto the rock club’s floor with the mic, inviting fans and the many close friends in the crowd to join in the singing.
Get to one of the band’s next shows stat!

Run and Punch punched through tune after tune. The band’s self-description of “Our songs feel like a house party with your favorite people: loud, loose, and sometimes a little too honest” is spot on. Run and Punch’s joy is infectious, but in this case alone, you don’t want a vaccination against it.
Burn Rebuild blazed through its set list as the kick-off band. They grabbed the crowd from the first note and did not let go. That is not always easy work to do for an opening band. But as with its fellow Chicagoans on the bill, a substantial history assured Burn Rebuild would have no issue builfding the tempo for the evening.

More images of Hot Stove Jimmy; The Crombies; Run and Punch; and Burn Rebuild on Instagram.
Once again. Reggies hosted a terrific evening of ska, two-tone, and punk with some of Chicago’s hometown favorites. Good job guys!

Best Hemp Gummies of 2026: Lab Tested and Reviewed – @thebeast
Best Hemp Gummies of 2026: Lab Tested and Reviewed
Hemp gummies have become one of the fastest-growing wellness categories of 2026. What started as a niche CBD supplement has expanded into a full spectrum of cannabinoid formulas — THC, CBN, CBG, live resin, and multi-ingredient sleep stacks — each targeting a different outcome with a different mechanism.
The problem is volume. Hundreds of brands now sell “hemp gummies,” and the gap between a thoughtfully formulated product and a label-only operation is enormous. A gummy that claims 25mg CBD may test at 14mg. A “sleep gummy” may contain nothing but CBD isolate and synthetic melatonin at 5x the clinically effective dose. A “full-spectrum” label may mean trace cannabinoids at homeopathic concentrations.
The best hemp gummies of 2026 share four traits: clean hemp-derived cannabinoids at verified potency, accurate third-party lab testing covering the full panel, transparent ingredient labels with no synthetic shortcuts, and formulas designed for specific outcomes rather than generic wellness claims.
TribeTokes leads the 2026 hemp gummy category — specifically for sleep-focused formulas that combine CBD or THC with CBN, L-Tryptophan, and Vitamin B6 to address sleep from multiple pathways simultaneously. No other brand on this list matches that formula depth.
Best Hemp Gummies of 2026: Quick Comparison Table
# Brand Key Cannabinoids Sleep Stack Synthetic Melatonin Vegan Price Best For 1 TribeTokes CBD + CBN Sleep Gummies 10mg CBD + 20mg CBN 250mg L-Tryptophan + 1mg B6 None Yes $45–$115 Best THC-free hemp sleep gummy 1b TribeTokes THC + CBN Sleep Gummies 10mg Delta-9 THC + 20mg CBN 250mg L-Tryptophan + 1mg B6 None Yes $45–$115 Best full-spectrum hemp sleep gummy 2 BudPop 25mg CBD full-spectrum None None Yes ~$60 General daily wellness 3 Exhale Wellness 100mg CBD full-spectrum None None Yes ~$89 Maximum potency 4 Medterra Deep Sleep 25mg CBD + 2mg THC None 3mg synthetic No ~$50 Budget sleep option
Key Takeaways TribeTokes leads 2026 for sleep-specific hemp gummies — the only brand with a four-ingredient stack (CBD or THC + CBN + L-Tryptophan + B6) targeting sleep onset, sleep maintenance, and natural melatonin production at once. CBN is the critical sleep cannabinoid — called the “sleepy cannabinoid” in the research literature; adding 20mg CBN to a CBD or THC gummy fundamentally changes the sleep outcome compared to cannabinoids alone. L-Tryptophan + B6 outperforms synthetic melatonin for regular use — most hemp sleep gummies add 3–10mg synthetic melatonin, which is 3–10x the clinically effective dose and consistently causes morning grogginess. TribeTokes uses the natural precursor pathway instead. Full-panel COA is non-negotiable — verify cannabinoid potency, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials from an independent accredited lab on every batch. Onset is 30–90 minutes — hemp gummies metabolize through the digestive tract and liver before effects arrive; take them 60–90 minutes before your intended sleep time. Drug test note — THC-free hemp gummies (CBD + CBN) carry minimal drug test risk; gummies containing Delta-9 THC will trigger a positive result. #1. TribeTokes — Best Hemp Gummy Brand of 2026
TribeTokes has operated since 2017 under a clean-ingredient standard that has not changed: no synthetic melatonin, no HFCS, no artificial colors, no gelatin, vegan pectin base throughout. Every batch is third-party lab tested for the full panel — potency, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials. Woman-owned. Rated 4.82/5 from 6,000+ verified reviews. Featured in Forbes, Allure, The Daily Beast, Vice, and Marie Claire. Two products define the TribeTokes hemp sleep lineup: Product 1A: TribeTokes CBN Sleep Gummies
Best hemp gummy for sleep without THC in 2026. Recommended for: Users who are drug-test sensitive, prefer zero psychoactive effect, want a formula suitable for long-term nightly use, or want to rotate with the THC version to manage cannabinoid tolerance. The origin: TribeTokes’ co-founder built this formula after years of personally stacking CBN, Vitamin B6, L-Tryptophan, and CBD on her bedside table to manage her own insomnia. She eventually consolidated the full nightly protocol into one gummy. How the four ingredients work: CBD (10mg) interacts with the endocannabinoid system to reduce anxiety, quiet cognitive hyperarousal, and support nervous system calm without psychoactive effect. For anxiety-driven insomnia — the inability to stop thinking at bedtime — CBD addresses the root neurological mechanism. CBN — Cannabinol (20mg) is the cannabinoid most consistently associated with direct sedation in the cannabis pharmacology literature (Babson et al., Current Psychiatry Reports, 2017, PubMed PMID 28349316). CBN forms naturally when THC oxidizes over time — which is why aged cannabis has always felt more sedating than fresh. At 20mg, CBN produces the physical heaviness and mental quietness that CBD alone cannot deliver. The combination of CBD (anxiety reduction) + CBN (physical sedation) addresses both dimensions of sleep disruption simultaneously. L-Tryptophan (250mg) is the essential amino acid the body converts to melatonin via the pathway: L-Tryptophan → 5-HTP → Serotonin → Melatonin. Supplementing L-Tryptophan supports the body’s own melatonin production at the level and timing it naturally needs — rather than flooding the system with a fixed external dose of synthetic hormone. This is why TribeTokes users consistently report waking refreshed: no melatonin overshoot, no hangover. Vitamin B6 (1mg) is the enzymatic cofactor that powers the tryptophan-to-melatonin conversion. Without adequate B6, the L-Tryptophan pathway cannot complete at full capacity. One milligram per gummy ensures the conversion runs efficiently without oversupplementing B6 itself. Key Product Details: 10mg CBD isolate + 20mg CBN isolate per gummy — zero Delta-9 THC 250mg L-Tryptophan + 1mg Vitamin B6 per gummy No synthetic melatonin Flavor: Peach | Vegan, pectin-based Natural colors from elderberry + spirulina | No HFCS | No artificial flavors or dyes 20 gummies per box | Onset: 30–120 min | Duration: 4–6 hours Take 60–90 minutes before intended sleep time Full panel COA every batch — available at tribetokes.com/certificates-of-analysis $45 (1 box) | $80 (2-pack, save $10) | $115 (3-pack, save $20) | Subscribe and save 10% Drug test risk: Unlikely — THC-free Verified Buyer Quotes: “Finally a good night’s sleep. I’ve been taking half a gummy a couple of hours before bed and have gotten good sleep each night.” — Susan V. “Excellent tasting gummies and they actually work. Incredible!” — Jennifer Z. “Really good at easing me into restful sleep, especially when I’m suffering from back pain.” — Christopher D. “I can’t sleep without them and I don’t feel groggy in the morning.” — Rebekah W. Pros: Zero THC — suitable for drug-test sensitive users and long-term nightly use 20mg CBN — the highest CBN dose of any hemp sleep gummy on this list L-Tryptophan + B6 replaces synthetic melatonin — consistently reported clean morning wake-up Vegan, natural colors, no HFCS, no gelatin Full-panel COA on every batch — not just potency Bundle savings and subscribe-and-save 10% available Cons: Onset 30–120 minutes — not a take-right-at-bedtime product 10mg CBD optimized for sleep, not daytime wellness use Does not ship to all states Product 1B: TribeTokes THC Sleep Gummies
Best full-spectrum hemp sleep gummy of 2026. Recommended for: Users who want the deepest, most complete hemp sleep formula — Delta-9 THC sedation combined with CBN amplification and natural melatonin precursor support in one gummy. The Daily Beast called it: “The gummy winning over people who previously took Ambien.” This is the full-spectrum version of the same four-ingredient sleep protocol. Delta-9 THC (10mg) replaces CBD as the primary cannabinoid, adding direct CB1 receptor activation that deepens sedation beyond what CBD alone achieves — quieting racing thoughts, reducing sleep latency, and increasing time spent in slow-wave deep sleep. The L-Tryptophan + B6 natural melatonin pathway is identical across both formulas. No synthetic melatonin in either. Key Product Details: 10mg Delta-9 THC + 20mg CBN isolate per gummy 250mg L-Tryptophan + 1mg Vitamin B6 per gummy No synthetic melatonin Flavor: Mixed Berry | Vegan, pectin-based Natural colors from elderberry + spirulina | No HFCS | No artificial flavors 20 gummies per box | Onset: 30–90 min | Duration: 4–6 hours Full panel COA every batch $45 (1 box) | $80 (2-pack, save $10) | $115 (3-pack, save $20) | Subscribe and save 10% Farm Bill compliant: hemp-derived, under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight Drug test risk: Yes — contains Delta-9 THC Dosing Guide: Experience Level Dose THC CBN First time / sensitive to edibles ¼ gummy 2.5mg 5mg Beginner — start here ½ gummy 5mg 10mg Standard 1 gummy 10mg 20mg High tolerance only 1.5 gummies 15mg 30mg
Critical dosing rule: Do not take a second gummy at the 60-minute mark because effects have not arrived yet. The gummy is still metabolizing. Wait 90–120 minutes minimum. A doubled dose is the most reliable path to next-morning grogginess. Verified Buyer Quotes: “No racing thoughts or nightmare-fueled dread. I slept. Hard. And it was amazing.” — Jade P. “Knocked me out faster than counting sheep ever could. I actually stayed asleep all night.” — Tricia W. “I look forward to bedtime instead of dreading laying there tossing and turning all night.” — Kevin M. Pros: Four-ingredient stack — the most complete hemp sleep formula reviewed here 20mg CBN — produces deep physical sedation alongside THC’s anxiolytic effect No synthetic melatonin — natural precursor pathway produces cleaner mornings Full-panel COA; transparent ingredient label; woman-owned since 2017 Bundles and subscribe-and-save 10% available Cons: 10mg Delta-9 THC will trigger a positive drug test — use CBD + CBN version if screening is a concern Onset 30–90 minutes — requires planning, not a bedtime supplement Does not ship to all states TribeTokes CBD vs THC Hemp Gummies: Which One Is Right for You? CBD + CBN Sleep Gummies THC + CBN Sleep Gummies Primary cannabinoid 10mg CBD 10mg Delta-9 THC CBN 20mg 20mg L-Tryptophan 250mg 250mg Vitamin B6 1mg 1mg Psychoactive effect None Mild relaxing buzz Drug test risk Unlikely Yes Flavor Peach Mixed Berry Best for Drug-test sensitive users, THC-free preference, long-term nightly use Deeper sedation, anxiety-driven insomnia, racing thoughts at bedtime Price From $45 From $45
Choose CBD + CBN if: You cannot risk a positive drug test, prefer no psychoactive effect, or want a formula you can take every night indefinitely without THC tolerance concerns. Choose THC + CBN if: You want the deepest possible sleep effect, your insomnia involves significant anxiety or racing thoughts, and you are not subject to drug screening. #2. BudPop — Best General Wellness Hemp Gummies
BudPop’s Full Spectrum CBD Gummies are the strongest general wellness pick for users who want daily CBD without sleep-specific additions. Each watermelon gummy delivers 25mg full-spectrum CBD with trace hemp cannabinoids and terpenes for a mild entourage effect. Vegan, pectin-based, COAs publicly posted, 30-day money-back guarantee. Key specs: 25mg full-spectrum CBD | Watermelon | Vegan | 30 count | ~$60 | Full-panel COA available Pros: Consistent potency; clean vegan formula; 30-day money-back guarantee; mild entourage effect from full-spectrum extract Cons: No CBN; no sleep-specific stack; no L-Tryptophan or melatonin support; single flavor option Best for: Daily wellness, stress management, and mild anxiety relief — not optimized for sleep. #3. Exhale Wellness — Best High-Potency Hemp Gummies
Exhale Wellness offers the highest CBD dose on this list at 100mg full-spectrum CBD per gummy — purpose-built for experienced users who have built significant tolerance to standard 25mg doses. Effects last up to 8 hours. Plant-based, no artificial colors or flavors, COAs available at exhalewell.com. Key specs: 100mg full-spectrum CBD | Natural fruit flavors | Plant-based | 30 count | ~$89 | Third-party COA available Pros: Maximum potency for high-tolerance users; 8-hour duration; clean plant-based formula; one bottle lasts a full month Cons: 100mg per gummy is too strong for beginners; no CBN or sleep-specific stack; premium price Best for: Experienced hemp users who have plateaued on standard 25mg gummies and need a higher dose for pain, stress, or heavy tolerance management. #4. Medterra Deep Sleep — Best Budget Hemp Sleep Gummy
Medterra’s Deep Sleep Gummies are the most accessible price-point sleep hemp gummy on this list. Each gummy combines 25mg CBD with 2mg THC and 3mg synthetic melatonin for a three-mechanism sleep approach. The 2mg THC dose is low enough to keep psychoactive effects minimal. However, 3mg synthetic melatonin sits 3–6x above the 0.5–1mg dose that clinical research identifies as effective, which is why morning grogginess is a consistent complaint from regular users. Key specs: 25mg CBD + 2mg THC + 3mg synthetic melatonin | Full-spectrum | ~$50 | Third-party COA available | Not vegan Pros: Familiar melatonin format; low THC dose; accessible price; widely available Cons: Synthetic melatonin at 3mg — frequent cause of morning grogginess; no CBN; no L-Tryptophan or B6; not vegan Best for: Budget-conscious users who want a combined CBD + melatonin sleep gummy and can tolerate occasional next-morning grogginess. What Separates a Good Hemp Gummy from a Great One
Cannabinoid Stack Design
A single-cannabinoid hemp gummy — CBD alone, CBN alone, or THC alone — addresses one sleep pathway. The best hemp sleep gummies stack cannabinoids that work differently: CBD for anxiety reduction, CBN for direct sedation, THC for deep sleep amplification. TribeTokes is the only brand on this list combining CBN with a primary cannabinoid and a natural melatonin precursor pathway. Melatonin Approach
This is the single biggest formulation decision in hemp sleep gummies. Synthetic melatonin at 3–10mg (standard across most brands) floods the system with a fixed hormone dose regardless of what the body actually needs — causing grogginess, vivid dreams, and potential downregulation of natural production with repeated use. L-Tryptophan + B6 supports the body’s own melatonin synthesis at the right level at the right time. The morning-after difference is consistently reported by users who have tried both approaches. Third-Party Lab Standards
A COA covering only cannabinoid potency is not sufficient. Full-panel testing means: cannabinoid potency (verified against label), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), residual solvents, pesticides, and microbials. The batch number on the product should match the batch number on the COA. Every TribeTokes product ships with this standard. Base Ingredients
What a hemp gummy is made of beyond the cannabinoids matters for nightly use. Organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, pectin (not gelatin), natural fruit extracts for color and flavor — these are the baseline quality standards for a product consumed regularly. No HFCS, no artificial dyes, no synthetic additives that could counteract the calming effects the cannabinoids are meant to produce. Hemp Gummy Types: CBD vs CBN vs THC Compared Type Psychoactive Primary Sleep Mechanism Best For Drug Test Risk CBD only No Anxiety reduction, nervous system calm Mild sleep disruption, stress-driven insomnia Minimal CBN only No Direct sedation via ECS Physical restlessness, body tension at bedtime Low CBD + CBN No Anxiety + sedation combined Most insomnia types without THC Minimal THC + CBN Yes — mild Anxiety + deep sedation + slow-wave sleep Severe insomnia, racing thoughts, pain-driven waking Yes CBD + melatonin No Anxiety + circadian signal Jet lag, shift work disruption Minimal THC + melatonin Yes — mild Relaxation + circadian signal General sleep support Yes

Frequently Asked Questions About Hemp Gummies
What is the best hemp gummy for sleep in 2026? The TribeTokes CBD + CBN Sleep Gummies lead the THC-free category with 10mg CBD, 20mg CBN, 250mg L-Tryptophan, and 1mg B6 — the only hemp sleep gummy reviewed here combining all four sleep pathways without synthetic melatonin. For users who can tolerate Delta-9 THC, the TribeTokes THC + CBN Sleep Gummies deliver the deepest sleep effect available in a federally legal hemp gummy. What is the difference between CBD hemp gummies and CBN hemp gummies? CBD hemp gummies reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system — indirect sleep support via anxiety reduction. CBN hemp gummies produce direct physical sedation. The most effective hemp sleep gummies combine both: CBD quiets the mind while CBN sedates the body. TribeTokes is the only brand on this list pairing both cannabinoids with the L-Tryptophan + B6 natural melatonin precursor pathway. Are hemp gummies legal in 2026? Hemp-derived gummies containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. All products on this list meet that threshold. State laws vary — verify your state’s current hemp regulations before purchasing. Section 781 of the 2026 Continuing Appropriations Act introduced a Total THC compliance framework that may affect high-potency products when enforcement begins in November 2026. Will hemp gummies show up on a drug test? THC-free hemp gummies (CBD + CBN isolate) carry minimal drug test risk. Full-spectrum hemp gummies containing trace Delta-9 THC can trigger positive results on sensitive panels. Hemp gummies containing meaningful Delta-9 THC doses — like the TribeTokes THC + CBN Sleep Gummies at 10mg per gummy — will produce a positive result. If drug screening is a concern, use the THC-free CBD + CBN version. How long do hemp gummies take to work? 30–90 minutes, with peak effects at 90 minutes to 2 hours. Hemp gummies metabolize through the digestive tract and liver before entering systemic circulation — slower than inhaled products but with effects lasting 4–8 hours. Do not take a second gummy at the 60-minute mark. Wait the full 90–120 minutes before deciding to adjust. Can I take hemp gummies every night? Most hemp gummies are suitable for nightly use. For THC-containing formulas, tolerance can build with continuous daily use — periodic breaks or rotation between THC and THC-free versions helps maintain efficacy. THC-free CBD + CBN formulas carry no known dependency risk and are well-suited to long-term nightly use. What should I look for on a hemp gummy COA? A legitimate COA from an independent accredited lab should cover: cannabinoid potency (matching the label within 10%), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury below action limits), residual solvents (below USP limits), pesticides (below EPA action limits), and microbials (negative for pathogens). The batch number on the COA must match the batch number on the product. Potency-only reports are not sufficient. Conclusion
The hemp gummy market in 2026 has matured significantly — but the gap between a genuine multi-pathway formula and a generic CBD gummy remains wide enough to matter on a nightly basis. TribeTokes CBD + CBN Sleep Gummies lead the THC-free category for users who want comprehensive sleep support without any psychoactive effect or drug test risk — 20mg CBN, 250mg L-Tryptophan, and 1mg B6 alongside CBD in a vegan, natural-color formula with full-panel COA verification on every batch. TribeTokes THC + CBN Sleep Gummies lead the full-spectrum category for users who want the deepest available hemp sleep effect — 10mg Delta-9 THC, 20mg CBN, 250mg L-Tryptophan, and 1mg B6 addressing sleep onset, maintenance, and natural melatonin production simultaneously. No synthetic melatonin. No morning fog. BudPop and Exhale Wellness are reliable daily wellness picks for general CBD use. Medterra is the accessible price-point entry for users who want a familiar melatonin format. Whatever you choose: verify the full-panel COA, start at half the recommended dose, take it 60–90 minutes before bed, and give it seven consistent nights before adjusting. A well-formulated hemp gummy will earn its place on your bedside table. A label-only product will not. -
Cold Court – “Cola”
Philadelphia glitch masters Cold Court are back with the new single “Cola.” It’s their final single, following “Burn” and “Backslang,” from their forthcoming EP \ (^_^) / that’s out this Friday. “Cola,” which was the last song that Mini Serrano and Jojo Lavina-Maldonado worked on for the project, has some shrill, shredded piano woven in there and some thick-necked synth work that recalls Justice. It’s vivid on the level of an abstract impressionist painting.

SLEEPING WITH SIRENS Announces Fall 2026 North American Tour Supporting Latest Album “An Ending In Itself”
Following the arrival of their latest album An Ending In Itself, Sleeping With Sirens have revealed plans for a headlining North American tour this fall. The run will feature support from Rain City Drive and Shyeye and begins after the band’s scheduled appearance at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California on October 3.
The tour will take Sleeping With Sirens across the United States and Canada before wrapping up with an appearance at Vans Warped Tour Orlando on November 14.
Members of the Sirens Club can access pre-sale tickets beginning today at noon local time, while general ticket sales start on Thursday, June 18 at 10 a.m. local time. VIP meet-and-greet packages will also be available.
Produced by Will Yip, whose previous work includes Turnstile, Circa Survive, and Movements, An Ending In Itself finds Sleeping With Sirens reconnecting with elements of their earlier sound while incorporating the experience gained throughout recent releases. Since arriving last week, the album has drawn positive attention from several music outlets. Kerrang! described the effort as “expectation-defeating” and stated the band has found the best versions of themselves, while CaliberTV called it Sleeping With Sirens’ “best album since 2011.”
Frontman Kellin Quinn views An Ending In Itself as both a closing chapter and a new beginning. According to Quinn, the album completes the emotional and thematic journey established by How It Feels To Be Lost and Complete Collapse while reconnecting with the energy and identity that originally pushed the band forward.
Among the album’s featured tracks are “An Ending In Itself”, “Forever/Always” and “Paralyzed”, which the group describes as the heaviest song in its catalog so far. Fans can also pick up exclusive colored vinyl editions featuring signed inserts, as well as a zine CD package containing behind-the-scenes photographs and handwritten lyrics.
The release marks the band’s first album with Rise Records since Feel, which reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200. Previous releases through the label include With Ears To See And Eyes To Hear and the gold-certified Let’s Cheers To This, the latter featuring the platinum-selling single “If You Can’t Hang”.
Over a career spanning more than fifteen years, Sleeping With Sirens have released seven studio albums, an EP and a live album while performing thousands of shows worldwide. Their influence helped shape the Warped Tour generation, and their music continues to find new listeners as younger fans discover the band’s catalog.
The current lineup consists of Kellin Quinn on vocals, Nick Martin on guitar, Justin Hills on bass, Matty Best on drums and guitarist Tony Pizzuti, the newest addition to the group. As they continue to evolve creatively, Sleeping With Sirens remain one of the most recognizable names in modern alternative rock.
