Beartooth Drop New Single “Free”
For the first time since 2023, metalcore act Beartooth is back with a new track titled “Free”. It’s not only their first new output in a while, but it’s the first release under the band’s new label Fearless Records and comes while the band is currently on tour.
Having been the mastermind of the band since its inception, frontman Caleb Shomo said this new single is yet another chapter in his life’s chronicle that is his music.
“‘Free’ is the start of the next chapter of my music and my life. The emotional roller coaster that is living can be very complicated at times. In one day you can equally experience pure fear and pure joy. This song shows a glimpse of what is to come from the next Beartooth album, which is the most honest depiction of my soul I will most likely ever make.”
It should be noted that the track was co-written and co-produced with ex-Bring Me The Horizon keyboardist Jordan Fish. Speaking of the band’s new partnership with Fearless Records, Shomo praised their willingness to let him be an artist.
“Fearless has empowered me as an artist like nothing I’ve ever experienced. They all truly love what they do, and it shows in the work. They go about their business with humility and a hunger for joy. At the end of the day, they care about the music and supporting the people involved. Their ability to spread that support to artists and listeners alike is truly beautiful and I couldn’t be more proud to sign a deal with Fearless.”
As of right now, Beartooth is out on the road supporting Bad Omens. If you’d like to catch ’em live, you can do so by checking out the remaining dates below and getting your tickets today.
