As December Falls Share Driving New Track ‘Anymore’
As December Falls have shared a taste of the world their 5th full-length album will exist within, and is a sign of big things to come.

The track is titled ‘Anymore’, and showcases how the band are utilising different influences, inspirations and tool on their belt as they look to the future. Between the rampant drum-and-bass pace and the bludgeoning metalcore breakdown at its centre, it’s a track worlds away from the band’s pop-punk roots.
Serving as an introduction to a character that will make up the narrative of the story they are telling, it’s also a song about the want and need to get out of the situation you’re in right now. A moment of telling yourself that it’s time for a change, which is the hardest part of the battle, it’s a sentiment that speaks to the real world as much as this fantastical one that ADF are buiiding.
Vocalist Bethany Hunter had this to say about the track, explaining, “The song is the starting point of a bigger narrative across the album, where she discovers the ability to portal between worlds and escape her reality. Each song from the new record will be accompanied by a short story for fans to really get into the lore of the record. It’s the sound of us pushing forward creatively while building something much more cinematic and story-driven than we’ve ever done before, and I’m so excited to share it with the world!”
The song follows on from ‘Flametide’, which was released late last year. It sounds a lot like this.

HOT MILK Announce East Coast Headline Dates This May

Get ready to feel the heat! Frontier Touring are pleased to announce the return of euphoric Manchester alt rock force Hot Milk, performing in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane (their first headline show in QLD) this May.
The incendiary duo of Hannah Mee and Jim Shaw are headed back down, following on from their 2023 Australian debut visit, when the band tore through two huge headline gigs in Sydney and Melbourne and crossed the country as support for rock icons Foo Fighters. Hungry for more, Hot Milk return to our shores after three years bringing an unmissable live show that’ll see fans screaming back every word.
It’s been a busy start to 2026 for Hot Milk, who performed for the very first time in Mumbai, India, at Lollapalooza in January before wrapping up a run of European headline dates earlier this month. The band will then head to Japan, before arriving in Australia in May, with further festival sets at Madrid’s Mad Cool Festival locked in for July.
First meeting in a Manchester bar back in 2016, over the course of three EPs – Are You Feeling Alive? (2019), I JUST WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I’M DEAD (2021) and The King And Queen Of Gasoline (2022) – Hot Milk have escalated from cult favourites to one of the UK’s most vital young rock exports, supporting the likes of Foos and Green Day. Following the release of their debut album A Call To The Void in 2023 and their most recent release Corporation P.O.P in 2025 (both out now via Sony Music Australia/Music For Nations), the band have dominated festival main stages, sold out headline rooms across the UK, Europe and the US, and built a reputation for live performances that are chaotic, cathartic and utterly unforgettable.

Catch Hot Milk kick off their latest Australian tour at Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Wednesday 20 May. The band will then head to Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Thursday 21 May, before wrapping up their latest run at Crowbar Brisbane on Saturday 23 May.
Frontier Members can get early access to tickets via the Members’ presale, which starts Tuesday 24 February (1pm local time) – see website for full information. Tickets go onsale Wednesday 25 February (2pm local time).
Opening the night at all shows is Melbourne’s fiercest alt-rock disruptors Bad/Love. Blending emotional intensity with crushing riffs and cinematic soundscapes, the rockers are known for their raw lyricism and genre-bending sound and have carved a unique lane in Australia’s heavy scene. Bad/Love are unapologetically loud, heartbreakingly honest, and impossible to ignore.
From sneering choruses to life-affirming bravado, headlining London’s iconic KOKO and Roundhouse venues to festival main stage appearances, don’t miss the defiant Hot Milk live on stage when they return to Australia!

20 Albums That Released The Most Singles
Our 20 Albums That Generated The Most Singles article presents a series of albums that all released at least seven singles. Hundreds of albums released six singles, but the pickings become pretty slim when it comes to seven. Most albums that release seven or more singles fall into the pop music category. Harder rock bands, with the exception of a few, just don’t release many singles. This list may be surprising to those who are not on it rather than to those who are. One might have expected to see bands and artists like Prince, Madonna, Huey Lewis, Hall &

Arch Enemy Reveal New Singer Lauren Hart And Drop To The Last Breath

Swedish extreme Metal juggernauts Arch Enemy have launched a new era with their explosive new single To The Last Breath, alongside an official music video. The track marks the band’s first new material since their latest album Blood Dynasty and introduces newly unveiled singer Lauren Hart (ex-Once Human) on vocals.
“Connecting with Lauren has marked an important step in my journey,” Michael Amott said. “Working with her was an exceptional experience – her remarkable voice, coupled with her dedication and professionalism, brings a rare level of excellence. I look forward to continuing the collaboration.”
With much speculation around who the new singer would be, To The Last Breath marks a no-holds-barred baptism of fire for new vocalist Lauren Hart.
“Make no mistake, this song is a reckoning,” Amott said. “Musically, it’s unapologetically aligned with my original vision for the band – and I believe longtime fans will recognise that immediately. Lyrically, it’s about seeing through deception and dismantling the illusion of control. It captures that moment when you realise you’ve been fed poison – and you choose to fight back. Once that clarity hits, there’s no retreat. It’s do or die.”

Arch Enemy Reveal New Singer Lauren Hart To celebrate the announcement, Arch Enemy have also confirmed an intimate European club run – Back To The Root Of All Evil – in summer 2026, including rare UK club dates.

Beartooth are teasing a brand-new single, Free
Beartooth have just announced a brand-new single, Free.
Following Caleb Shomo’s 2025 collab with Tom Morello and before that, a deluxe edition of The Surface in 2024, it looks like a whole new chapter of the band might finally be about to launch.
Having just kicked off a huge North American tour supporting Bad Omens, Beartooth dropped Free into their first setlist at Salt Lake City’s Delta Center last night (February 22), and have since confirmed that the track is officially arriving this Friday, February 27.
In Beartooth’s 2023 Kerrang! Cover Story, Caleb explained that The Surface marked the end of the band’s first era – with their five albums up to that point making a “run-on sentence”: Disgusting. Aggressive. Disease. Below. The Surface.
With that completed, he pondered of what might come next: “I don’t really have an understanding of what I want to achieve yet in the future, but maybe it is a little more free-spirited. I’m incredibly excited for chapter two of Beartooth, which is 30 to 40. I think that’s gonna be really fucking exciting. I really don’t know how it’s gonna unravel, but I’m fucking stoked to hear the story!”
Catch the band live at the following:

ERJA LYYTINEN Celebrates 50th Anniversary Rock & Blues Birthday UK Tour in October 2026

Photo: Elsa Wellamo Award-winning Finnish guitarist and blues artist extraordinaire Erja Lyytinen is pleased to announce her 50th Anniversary Rock Blues Birthday UK Tour in October 2026. Tickets go on sale 10am GMT on Monday February 23rd from https://erjalyytinen.com/tour.
Lyytinen will celebrate her 50th Birthday by embarking on a special tour around the UK and Europe with a special celebratory setlist that will feature gems from Lyytinen’s vast repertoire since 2002. The guitar phenom will also perform songs from the latest studio album, Smell the Roses, along with some unexpected song choices. See the full gig list at https://erjalyytinen.com/tour.
The seven-date UK tour takes in Dudley, Lamp Tavern (Thursday October 8), Sedgefield, Parish Hall (Friday October 9), Edinburgh, La Belle Angele (Sunday October 11), Sheffield, The Greystones (Tuesday October 13), Oxford, The Bullingdon (Wednesday October 14), London, Half Moon (Thursday October 15), and Faversham, The Old Brewery Store (Friday October 16).

Photo: Elsa Wellamo “I did my first tour in the UK with Blues Caravan back in 2006, so it´s been exactly twenty years now doing gigs on this music lover’s island,” reminisces Lyytinen. “I remember how exciting it was for a young girl to finally do my first UK tour back then. What I loved the most, was the fact that as native English spoken people, the audiences understood and related to my lyrics. The witty humor and friendly British people simply stole my heart.”
“This year I’m celebrating the big number of turning 50, but I still feel as that 15-year-old girl who fell in love to play electric guitar by listening to guitarists like Tony Iommi and Richie Blackmore and wanting to travel around the world to play for audiences. This year we have updated our set list with some old gems and surprise numbers, so it´s going to be a lot of fun to come to the UK for a birthday tour!”
Erja Lyytinen is one of the leading blues-rock guitarists on the international touring circuit. During a recording career spanning more than 20 years, the High-Flying Finn has released thirteen studio albums and several live albums. Lyytinen’s musical pallet is vast, encompassing the very best of contemporary blues rock whilst inspired and influenced by the blues greats of yore.

Photo: Elsa Wellamo Lyytinen is known for her stellar and energetic live performances. Her live album Diamonds on the Road (2023) received magnificent reviews from the global music media. She celebrated her 20-year career by releasing the CD/DVD 20 Years of Blues Rock! that was recorded at the legendary Tavastia Club in Helsinki in 2023. For this spectacular event, she brought together the rhythm sections from her studio albums to date and other guest artists.
Lyytinen has been acknowledged for her work by her fans, peers, and the industry alike with a treasure trove of accolades. This includes being ranked #2 on Total Guitar Magazine’s “10 Best Guitarists Now” poll as well as being awarded “Best Guitarist” at the 2017 European Blues Awards. Erja made history by becoming the first Finnish artist to be nominated for the “BB King International Artist of the Year” at the Maple Blues Awards in Canada in 2022.
