The Flatliners Unveil New Album ‘Cold World’
The Flatliners have announced their return and their new album ‘Cold World’, their first in four years.

The record will be released on May 08 via Rude Records/Equal Vision Records/Dine Alone Records, a real worldwide collaboration. It follows on from 2022’s ‘New Ruin’.
The artwork looks like this:
And the tracklisting like this:
1. Stolen Valour
2. Good, You?
3. Inner Peace
4. And They’re Off
5. Only Darkness
6. Whyte Light
7. Into Annihilation
8. Pulpit
9. Turning Signal Rhythm
10. Gush
11. Burn
12. United In SpiteThe first taste of the record is out now too, and it shows that there are still few in the game who can pen an anthemic chorus quite like these lads.
It’s ‘Good, You?’, which is already a sensational name for a song, and it’s as rousing, rallying and raucous as it gets. Like choppy waves hitting the shore, with plenty of hearty woah-ohs thrown in to get the blood pumping, it’s punk-rock as it should be. Heartfelt and honest.
And the video does what all bands should do when introducing you to their new music; let it enfold you completely. Stepping into the colours, textures and characters that sit on the album’s artwork, it batters you from all angles.
The band had this to say about it, explaining. “We wanted to pay homage to the greatest era of music videos we have ever known — the one we grew up in. Our aim was to make a ‘90s-style video, portraying the album artwork in all its glory; to bring things back to a time where you could suspend disbelief and just let your eyes and ears devour those next three minutes. With the help of our amazing cast and crew, we achieved just that. A piece of nowstalgia that feels like it has a strong foot in the past, and another firmly planted in the present.”The post The Flatliners Unveil New Album ‘Cold World’ appeared first on Rock Sound.

Disturbin’ The Peace 2026 Photos: Hardcore Concert Gallery

Disturbin’ The Peace 2026 wasn’t a nostalgia lap or a hype machine — it was a tight room under pressure. No spectacle, no breathing room, just volume and intent. The kind of fest where the floor stays slick all day and no one’s pretending they’re here to “discover” anything.
The lineup felt deliberate in its friction. Different eras, different attitudes, all forced into the same space with no smoothing of edges. Some sets clicked instantly, others took a minute, but that tension is part of the deal. Hardcore isn’t meant to be seamless — it’s meant to test the room.
By the end, the stage felt used up in the best way. People looked wrecked, but for sure happy. Disturbin’ The Peace didn’t try to redefine anything — it just reminded everyone why this still works when it’s done right.
