  • Foo Fighters Share Spiky New Track ‘Caught In The Echo’

Foo Fighters have shared another piece of their upcoming album ‘Your Favorite Toy’, and it further cements that it’s going to be a thoroughly rowdy listen.

Titled ‘Caught In The Echo’, musically it harks back to the glitzy stomp of 2011’s ‘Wasting Light’ and melodic battery of 1999’s ‘There Is Nothing Left To Lose’, but without ever feeling like a leftover from either era. It’s a savage exploration of rock music at its most catchy and chaotic, flitting between bansee yelps and beautifully considered refrains, a sporadic explosion of noise and feeling.

For the band to still be finding ways to push and pull at their core in such a rampant way is a pleasure to behold, and this is still only the beginning.

    Have a listen for yourself.

‘Your Favorite Toy’ will be released on April 24 via Roswell Records/Columbia Records.

You can check out the title track right now as well, which sounds a lot like this:

The Hu Release Two New Songs The Men And Warrior Chant

Hunnu Rock pioneers The Hu return with a powerful double release, unveiling two brand new tracks, The Men and Warrior Chant, via Better Noise Music.

The Men opens with traditional Mongolian instrumentation before building into a groove-driven Heavy Metal riff layered with hypnotic vocals and tribal chanting. The track reflects Mongolian philosophy around inner strength and positive spirit, encouraging listeners to reflect on their place in the world.

“The Men is written based on Mongolian philosophy of Man’s Inner Spirit or Хийморь,” Galaa said, “and the importance of inner strength and kindness of a man to the world. Energy of men should always be reinforced with positiveness, strength and generosity, so this song tries to encapsulate that ancient wisdom and share it with the rest of humanity.”

Warrior Chant delivers a harder, more direct Metal sound, driven by the band’s signature rhythm and distinctive instrumentation, including the horse head fiddle. The track reinforces everything fans have come to expect from The Hu while pushing their evolving Hunnu Rock sound forward.

Galaa says that Warrior Chant lives up to its title with a hard-charging chorus and a tight and taut metallic soundscape. “It has our signature rhythm that our fans fell in love with, and everyone who knows us will say that it is our song.”

The release follows the band’s recent appearance on Pray To The Sun from the Netflix series One Piece, further cementing their global reach.

The Hu have also announced a UK and European tour for September and October 2026, including a major appearance alongside Iron Maiden at Knebworth Park on July 11. The tour will span multiple countries, bringing their unique blend of traditional Mongolian music and Heavy Metal to audiences across Europe.

With more new music expected soon, The Hu continue to redefine the boundaries of Heavy Metal with their distinctive sound and cultural identity.

Papa Roach Unite Fans Worldwide With Wake Up Calling Video

Papa Roach have unveiled the official music video for their latest single Wake Up Calling, marking another major moment in the band’s ongoing Rise Of The Roach era.

The track has already achieved significant success, becoming the band’s 15th career #1 at Rock Radio in the United States and simultaneously hitting #1 in Germany. The video, directed by Hannah Gray Hall, brings the emotional weight of the song to life with a powerful visual narrative.

“I have grown up listening to Papa Roach,” Director Hannah Gray Hall said, “and a beautiful thing about the band is you have people who have been with them for 25 years, and new fans finding them now. Their music is inherited. This song really spoke to me emotionally, and I am stoked to have the opportunity to make an accompanying piece for it.”

To celebrate the release, Papa Roach hosted an exclusive digital fan event, giving selected fans early access to the video alongside the band. The event featured an extended discussion covering touring, new music, and the creation of the video, as well as a live fan Q&A session.

Frontman Jacoby Shaddix describes Wake Up Calling as a deeply personal track about standing on the edge of disaster and choosing a different path. “It’s one of the most raw, emotional songs we’ve written in this new era,” he says. The song captures themes of resilience, emotional struggle and ultimately choosing connection over self-destruction.

Produced by Colin Brittain, the track is the third single from the band’s forthcoming album, following their 2022 release Ego Trip.

Papa Roach will also bring their live show to the UK and Ireland in November 2026 as part of the Rise Of The Roach tour, with arena dates confirmed in Glasgow, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff.

Continuing to evolve while staying true to their roots, Papa Roach remain one of the most enduring forces in Heavy Metal and Alternative Rock.
