  • Black Veil Brides Drop ‘Vindicate’ Title Track As New Album Date Locks In

    black-veil-brides-2026

When Is Black Veil Brides Releasing Vindicate?

Black Veil Brides will release their seventh studio album Vindicate worldwide on May 8, 2026 via Spinefarm, with the title track and music video available now.

    TL;DR

    • Black Veil Brides release new song “Vindicate” and music video
    • New album Vindicate arrives May 8, 2026
    • Record centers on revenge, resilience, and inner conflict
    • North American tour begins April 25, 2026
    • Support includes From Ashes To New, TX2, and As December Falls

Black Veil Brides didn’t ease into this rollout.

They kicked the door open with it.

A title track release alongside an album announcement changes the tone immediately. There’s no slow build here. You’re hearing the direction right away—and it’s deliberate.

The Sound and Scope Feel Bigger

Vindicate is positioned as one of the band’s most ambitious releases to date, stretching from the opening “Invocation To The Muse” through to the closing “Eschaton.”

This is structured like a full arc.

Previously released tracks like “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” and “Certainty” already pointed toward a band expanding its sound without abandoning the theatrical weight that defined it.

That balance is still intact—but it’s being pushed further.

    The Core Idea Driving Vindicate

Andy Biersack framed the record around revenge and vindication, but not in a one-dimensional way.

There’s a split in those emotions.

They can push you forward, sharpen your focus, and drive you past limitations. Or they can turn inward and take control if left unchecked.

That tension runs through the entire record.

Some songs look outward. Others turn inward.

    The common thread is resilience.

The Title Track Makes the Intent Clear

“Vindicate” opens with a calliope-style introduction before shifting into a dense wall of guitars and a vocal performance that leans fully into intensity.

    It doesn’t hold back.

    It sets expectations.

And it signals that this release isn’t playing it safe.

The Tour Starts Before the Album Lands

Black Veil Brides aren’t waiting for release day to build momentum.

A 24-date North American headline tour begins April 25 and runs through May 30, hitting major cities including Seattle, Houston, Detroit, Toronto, and New York.

Support comes from From Ashes To New, TX2, and As December Falls.

Fans interested in attending can find tickets at this location.

If you’ve followed this band through their different eras, this run feels like a reset moment more than just another tour cycle.

    What’s Riding On This Release

Long-running bands don’t get endless resets.

Attention moves fast. Expectations build faster.

When a record arrives with this kind of rollout, it either connects immediately or fades just as quickly.

Everything around Vindicate suggests they understand that.

  • BLACK VEIL BRIDES Announce New Record “Vindicate”, Reveal Music Video For Album’s Title Track

Black Veil Brides are back with their seventh studio album, Vindicate, set for release on 05/08 via Spinefarm. To mark the announcement, the band has dropped the title track — a statement of intent that opens with a haunting calliope intro before detonating into a wall of guitars and vocalist Andy Biersack‘s signature scream.

The record spans 14 tracks, running from the organ-laden soliloquy of opener “Invocation To The Muse” through to the closing “Eschaton.” The full lineup — Biersack, guitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx, bassist Lonny Eagleton, and drummer Christian Coma — produced the album themselves, with Biersack and Pitts at the helm.

    Pre-order the album here.

The album’s themes are built around revenge, resilience, and the double-edged nature of vindication. Biersack explained the concept in a statement accompanying the release: “This record is rooted in the feelings of revenge and vindication. These are emotions that can either push us forward or hold us back. There’s a duality to them. They can fuel growth, drive ambition, and help us rise above what’s tried to break us, but they can also become destructive if we let them consume us.

“Each song explores a different side of that struggle. Sometimes it’s about getting even with someone else, sometimes it’s about confronting ourselves and our past, our pain, or the things that were done to us. At its core, though, this album is about resilience. It’s for anyone who’s ever had their dreams doubted or their fire challenged by people who couldn’t see their vision. We’re all born with that spark. The world will try to take that away at times, but this record is about holding on to it, fighting back, and turning those struggles into something powerful.”

“This record is one that we’ve made on our own,” Biersack recently told Rock Feed, “This record was primarily made here in Florida by the band. Jake and I produced it. And it’s the kind of record that we wanted to make without any other cooks in the kitchen. And I think it’s really representative of where we’re at as a band.”

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Icelandic Chaos Unleashed: The Invid Debut Self-Titled Album
Reykjavík, Iceland – January 30, 2026 – From the icy underground of Reykjavík, a new force is ripping through the metal and punk scenes. The Invid have dropped their self-titled debut album, a full-throttle collision of thrash metal, punk, d-beat, hardcore, and death metal.
Formed in September 2024 by multi-instrumentalist Kristján B. Heiðarsson (Vetur, Drungi, ex-Kookaveen) and powerhouse vocalist Mik Annetts (ex-Bastard, ex-Under the Church, ex-Kookaveen), The Invid channel an unrelenting energy that’s impossible to pin down. “The Invid is a grand mixture of influences to the point that it is hard to locate on the genre map, but fast and relentless are the key words,” the band explains.
Recorded with studio wizard Helgi Durhuus at Stúdíó Helvíti , Reykjavík, the album captures raw aggression with precision, pairing chaotic riffs with punishing rhythms. The artwork by Frossty and layout by Sigvaldi Ástríðarson complete a package that’s as visually striking as it is sonically devastating.
The Invid are already charging forward with a new EP planned for 2026 and a full-length album on the horizon for 2027. Live shows are in the works, with a full band lineup being assembled to bring their brutal hybrid sound to the stage.
