Papa Satch Releases Papa Satch & Company New Album Out Now
Long Island, New York — After more than a decade since his debut, Papa Satch is back in action with a brand new album, Papa Satch & Company , available now on all major platforms.
Led by Bob Sachnoff, known to fans as Papa Satch, this latest release is more than just a comeback. It is a statement. Packed with catchy, soulful songs rooted in real stories and genuine emotion, Papa Satch & Company pulls listeners in from the very first note and refuses to let go. The songwriting is heartfelt, the performances are tight, and the chemistry is undeniable.
While Bob Sachnoff remains the driving force, this record marks a major evolution. The project now features an expanded lineup of seasoned musicians and collaborators. Joining the fold are Steve Ronsen on vocals and instrumentation and John Zych on keyboards, alongside three dynamic new members: Jerry Cobin, Joe Michael, and Surya Gaur.
Jerry Cobin, Joe Michael, and Surya Gaur are all accomplished lead vocalists and multi instrumentalists with extensive experience as performers and co songwriters. On Papa Satch & Company , they worked closely with Bob Sachnoff to co write both lyrics and music, injecting fresh energy and creative depth into every track.
Steve Ronsen delivers standout vocal performances with a rich, smooth tone that anchors the album. John Zych’s expressive keyboard work adds dimension and texture, elevating the arrangements throughout. Together, the full lineup creates a vibrant and cohesive sound that defines this new chapter for Papa Satch.
Papa Satch has previously been featured on Strutter and earned a Golden Viking Award for Best Acoustic Rock Artist. ØVI unveil “Absolve,” the closing track from their new EP Hedera Helix, available today on all streaming platforms. Serving as the final statement of the four-track release, “Absolve” channels confrontation into clarity, presenting metal as a force of transformation rather than collapse.

Named after the ivy plant Hedera helix, a species known for relentless expansion and endurance, the EP reflects themes of growth through pressure and renewal through destruction. Across the record, ØVI examines toxic relationships, parasitic dynamics, and the reclamation of personal will. The music moves with intention, tracing the moment when survival becomes self-definition.

“Absolve” stands as the EP’s culmination. Anger becomes a refining element, burning away stagnation and sharpening purpose. The track mirrors ivy’s persistence. Structures that no longer sustain life are dismantled so growth can take hold. The recurring refrain, “Absolve, Rectify, Solidify,” functions as ritual language, a mantra aimed at severing attachment to decay and reinforcing forward motion.

The song closes Hedera Helix with momentum and resolve. Rather than yielding to exhaustion, ØVI push toward transcendence, choosing action, renewal, and evolution. The record ends in motion, advancing with deliberate force and unbroken focus.
