Cole Allen has released a hard-charging new single, “Runnin’ Outta Love,” marking a return to a full-band rock sound following his solo acoustic release, The Other Side.
Written by Allen, “Runnin’ Outta Love” features Allen on guitar and vocals alongside Craig Williams on bass and backing vocals and Paul Peterson on drums and backing vocals.
“After my solo acoustic release (The Other Side) from a couple years ago, my band was anxious to get back in the studio,” said Allen. “Runnin’ Outta Love was an opportunity for us to crank up the amps and get back to rockin’ as a full band. The sessions inspired us to cut some other new songs we’re excited to release later this fall!”
The single was recorded at TreeSpeak Recording Studio and was mixed and engineered by Xander Moser. Bruce Templeton handled mastering at Microphonic Mastering.
“Runnin’ Outta Love” also serves as a preview of more new material from Allen and his band.
