  • MELANIE C Releases New Single ‘Undefeated Champion’

Fresh from the euphoric momentum of her forthcoming ninth studio album Sweat, MELANIE C returns with a powerful new single, ‘Undefeated Champion’.

A bold, uplifting anthem about resilience and inner strength, ‘Undefeated Champion’ continues the joyful, club-ready spirit of the Sweat era while delivering one of Melanie’s most empowering messages yet. Speaking about the new single, Melanie C says:

“‘Undefeated Champion’ is about getting knocked down and choosing to rise every single time. It’s a reminder that the hardest moments are the ones that make us stronger. It’s faith over fear, joy in the face of adversity – almost challenging the universe: ‘come and have a go if you think you’re hard enough!’ At its core, it’s about realising we’re far more resilient than we think.”

Before she became Mel C of the Spice Girls, she was Melanie Chisholm of “The F**king Yeah Four”, a group of 18-year-old friends dancing through the Costa Brava rave scene in the early ’90s. Those nights of breakbeats, sweat and freedom would shape her forever. Decades later, Melanie C channels that same raw energy into Sweat – her ninth studio album and most euphoric record to date. Recorded between London, Stockholm and LA, Sweat is a celebration of joy, movement and community – a fusion of Melanie C’s pop legacy and her more recent evolution as a DJ. “I’ve done a lot of soul-searching,” she says. “Now I just want to have some fun and get people dancing again.”

The new single lands amid a standout period for Melanie C. Recent highlights include headline performances and appearances at ABC Sydney New Year’s Eve, New York’s Jingle Ball, appearances on The Kelly Clarkson Show and Good Morning America, plus viral moments alongside global pop phenomenon KATSEYE. Melanie was recently named Apple Music’s featured artist for their ‘Music That Moves Me’ playlist series, as part of their January fitness activation.

  • Review MONSTROSITY “Screams From Below the Surface”

It’s fair to say that Monstrosity aren’t flooding the metal market with releases. The Florida-based death metal band are genre veterans, having released their debut album in 1992. Even at this early stage in the band’s career, they launched records at 3–4-year intervals before taking 11 years to work on their sixth studio album. “The… Continue Reading →

  • Listening Now : Tevral – Nocturne for Blue Sand

Tevral‘s Nocturne for Blue Sand unfolds like a quiet walk under moonlit skies, where stillness and reflection slowly take over the senses. The breathy tone of the ney introduces a feeling of distant landscapes, while the piano gently illuminates the emotional contours of the composition. As subtle triplet-based percussion enters, the track gains a soft pulse that feels like footsteps moving through the night.
