VISITANT ANNOUNCES LEGAL ACTION TO RECLAIM RIGHTS TO “RUBIDIUM” – @thebeast
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VISITANT ANNOUNCES LEGAL ACTION TO RECLAIM RIGHTS TO “RUBIDIUM”
Metal band Visitant has announced that they are seeking legal representation in an effort to regain the rights to their album Rubidium , nearly one year after its release.
In a public statement shared with fans, the band revealed that no tangible copies of the album have been produced or delivered, including copies intended for the band and for supporters who purchased or pre ordered the record.
Visitant stated that they attempted to resolve the matter privately and professionally over an extended period of time. After waiting and repeated outreach, the band says no progress was made toward a resolution.
As a result, Visitant reports they are currently unable to press physical records, distribute the album independently, or fully move forward with the release.
Having exhausted other options, the band has secured legal representation to pursue reclaiming the rights to their work. They are now asking supporters for assistance in helping cover legal costs associated with the process.
“Every share, donation, and word of encouragement helps us more than you know,” the band shared in their statement.
Further updates are expected as the situation develops. The Gofundme can be found at this link https://gofund.me/5569c80d0 https://gofund.me/5569c80d0

Angela Gossow Shoots Down Rumors That She’s the Next Arch Enemy Vocalist
Fans of Arch Enemy hoping for Angela Gossow to fill the void left by Alissa White-Gluz are going to be disappointed by this news, as the former vocalist turned manager took to social media to say she’s not the band’s next vocalist.
Rumors began to swirl last week when both Arch Enemy and Gossow posted a cryptic teaser featuring a hooded figure holding a torch before ‘2026’ pops up on the clip. Fans also thought the two were reuniting because both parties had blacked out their profile pictures, making people believe this was a coordinated effort to hint at a potential reunion.
And while folks ate up that potential rumor and reunion, Gossow went online and said definitively that she’s not the new vocalist.
“It’s not ME! But thank you for all the love! I am really excited to be involved in this new chapter as the manager This is gonna CRUSH!”
Having remained the band’s business manager in recent years, Gossow’s uniquely familiar with the goings on in the band. She even gave White-Gluz her approval when the lineup change happened back in 2014.
So now that that’s out of the way, the band posted another teaser on their Instagram account, this time showing someone reaching to grab a microphone off the floor. We’ll probably know who’s handling vocal duties for Arch Enemy soon enough. It just very likely won’t be Gossow.

Romanian singer Alexandra Căpitănescu has released the studio version and official music video for her new single Choke Me. The track leans firmly into a heavy rock and alternative sound, driven by forceful instrumentation, dramatic structure, and a vocal performance marked by grit, power, and a wide dynamic range.
The release comes as the song advances to the Grand Final of Romania’s Selecția Națională 2026. After a live audition stage featuring more than 100 entries, Choke Me was selected by the jury as one of the finalists. Alexandra Căpitănescu will perform the song on March 4, competing for the chance to represent Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.
