To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Alive, She Cried, The Doors iconic 2nd live album from 1983, has been reissued as a limited-edition cassette. The recordings are from various concerts from 1968 to 1970 including shows in Los Angeles, New York, Detroit, Boston, and Copenhagen.

Includes “Light My Fire,” “Moonlight Drive,” and “Love Me Two Times.”

Andy Cizek and Werner Erkelens from progressive metal act Monuments join Peter ‘Trendcrusher’ K ahead of their performance at the NH7 Weekender festival this weekend.

They talk about writing their latest album In Stasis remotely over Discord during the pandemic, the decision to include the instrumental tracks with the deluxe edition and performing the songs live.

BEAR are returning to India this week! The Belgian metal act will be performing at the NH7 Weekender on 1st December.

I managed to get the entire band for a chat and they reminisced about their India tour 5 years ago. We also spoke about their musical progression from Propaganda to their latest release Vanta, recorded during the pandemic and amidst personal struggles. They also discuss their collaborative songwriting process for Vanta and varied musical influences like Deftones, and Cult of Luna.
