Listening Now : neuroboy – lies

lies from neuroboy is a glitchy, synth-driven piece that blends electronic textures with an uneasy, introspective atmosphere. The production feels deliberately fractured, giving the track a restless quality that suits its themes of memory, deception and distorted perceptions. There is an intriguing balance between melodic elements and more abrasive digital details, creating a sound that feels both atmospheric and slightly disorienting. neuroboy’s approach has a distinctly DIY character, with the electronic layers feeling carefully shaped rather than overly polished. The track carries enough personality to stand apart from more conventional synth-based productions, while its darker undertones and unpredictable details add depth. An interesting electronic cut with a suitably warped edge.
