  • Lamb Of God Announce Surprise Show in Philly

    lambofgod2026

This weekend in the City of Brotherly Love, there will be nothing but good times and loud music, as Lamb Of God hosts a special pop-up show in the historic city. Because as you know, these guys have a history with Killadelphia

Announced earlier this morning, Lamb Of God will play a special show at the Theatre of Living Arts (TLA) on Sunday, March 15 — just two days after the release of their forthcoming record Into Oblivion. Sharing the stage with them that night will be the insanely killer Fit For an Autopsy.

For those that don’t know, the TLA is a pretty intimate venue in Philadelphia, so it’s a great time to catch a band like Lamb Of God up-close and personal. And how much would a show like this set you back? $15. That’s it. Fees included.

Fans looking to attend the show will have to request tickets via Ticketmaster. Tickets that can be fulfilled will automatically be charged to your credit card if you sign up, just know that signing up doesn’t guarantee you tickets. Requests must be sent in by March 11, 10 p.m. Eastern.

If you can’t make it out this Sunday, don’t fret. They’ll be playing a fuck ton of shows pretty soon. You can find the full list of dates below.

  • EXHUMED: “RED ASPHALT”

(Here we have DGR’s review of the latest album from Exhumed, which is out now on Relapse Records.) When you start writing you assume you won’t ever be on the journalistic “beat” of some bands, yet somehow you seem to fall into a routine and over time wind up covering their releases far more than […]

  • Magnolia Park drop new single, DANGEROUS

Magnolia Park have dropped a new single, DANGEROUS.

The track is taken from the band’s soon-to-be-released NIGHTS AFTER VAMP deluxe album, which is due out this Friday, March 13 and features a total of six new songs (the others are HIGH featuring Arrows In Action, ASK FOR IT, MINDGAMES, CHASING SHADOWS and an acoustic rendition of SHALLOW).

Speaking about DANGEROUS, Magnolia Park explain that it sits as the centrepiece for the deluxe and foreshadows a more sensual side we’re exploring that will make its way into the Vampire’s lore.

With its sexy lyrics, heavy groovy riffs, forward-thinking production and R&B vocals, it really acts as a sneak peek into the new sound for what’s to come after NIGHTS AFTER VAMP.”

  • sadie Announces Debut Album Better Angels: Hear “Wash”

A month ago, New York City’s sadie released the enchanting song “Arms Wide.” Now the hyperpop-tinged singer-songwriter is announcing her long-awaited, self-produced debut album Better Angels. The second single “Wash” is here today. “I wrote this album during a sea change in my life — my 10 year relationship was ending, and I was about…

  • Thurston Moore & Bonner Kramer – “Insight” (Joy Division Cover)

Kim Gordon isn’t the only Sonic Youth co-leader who’s about to put out a new album. Her ex-husband Thurston Moore recently teamed up with fellow underground veteran Bonner Kramer (formerly known as just plain Kramer) to record a mostly improvisational LP called They Came Like Swallows – Seven Requiems For The Children Of Gaza. We…

  • Watch Oklou Cover “Hey There Delilah” On Cello For Triple J

Oklou made Choke Enough, one of the Best Albums Of 2025, and now she’s also the latest artist to do a cover for Australian radio station Triple J’s Like A Version series. The French electro-pop artist picked the 2005 Plain White T’s hit “Hey There Delilah” and flaunted some of her cello skills while she was at it, backed by Florian Le Prisé on acoustic guitar. It’s a whole lot better than that Drake remix! Watch it below.

  • Blast Worship: Nashgul

    Where they from?
A Coruna, Spain. Whats up with the NHL scheduling these random afternoon games on Monday? Just checked my phone to see that L.A. and Columbus are tied at three heading into the third period. Dude, I just got off work, I am not emotionally prepared for Darcy Kuemper to sabotage my fantasy team this early in the day. Give me an hour or two for fuck’s sake.

    Why the hype?
Spain’s finest and most legendary grindcore unit have decided to mark their 25th anniversary (Jesus, where does the time go?) with an EP that brings the band back to their rudiments, namely concocting whirling dervishes of grindcore mixed with splatter-thrash that turn on a dime. Nashgul are one of the few bands to appear in this column that would appeal just as much to the hardcore Terrorizer crowd as they would fans of Municipal Waste and Creepsylvania’s own Ghoul. Almost like it’s worth it missing the L.A. Kings shitting the bed in the middle of the day to listen to ‘em.

    Latest Release?
Santa Cruz Session, self-released. This aforementioned EP contains everything we love about longform grindcore: mountains of thrash and D-beats punctuated with eviscerating single-pedal blasts and, of course, cheesy horror movie samples. I could easily see these songs setting fire to basement venues around the world.
