Finnish Symphonic Metallers VOV Unveils New Single ‘Drunk At The Opera’
Finnish symphonic metal band VOV returns with ‘Drunk At The Opera‘, a theatrical and emotionally charged new single that blends operatic grandeur with darkly elegant storytelling. The song draws the listener into a decadent final performance, where tragedy, memory, and defiance take center stage beneath the glow of chandeliers and fading applause. Musically, ‘Drunk At […]

CENOBIA Shares Spine-Tingling New Track ‘MAKE US WHOLE AGAIN’
CENOBIA has taken the next massive step in their existential quest to the top with a striking and stirring new offering.

‘MAKE US WHOLE AGAIN’ is the name of the song and is a patient, powering and poignant blend of atmospheres. A track that coats you with its post-metal licks and intense production, all bolstered by a haunting vocal performance, it’s an example of how slowing things down can still feel exceptionally heavy.
A musing on what it means to loss a part of you when something, or someone, departs from your life. The effect it has on your existence, your perception of yourself, and the path you choose to take moving forwards. There is as much longing for what was as there is hope that things will be different when the pieces fit together again. The words linger long after the music has faded away, and that is as powerful an effect as any artist can hope to have.
Time to lose yourself in something extraordinary.
The song is the first piece of work from CENOBIA in 2026, following her debut releases in 2025.

Frontiers Records Celebrate 30th Anniversary With XXX Compilation

Frontiers Music Srl has announced the XXX Anniversary Compilation, a special release marking 30 years of the label’s passion, creativity and melodic rock catalogue. The compilation arrives on 22 May 2026 and will be available exclusively on CD through the label’s webstore.
To launch the project, Frontiers has shared Down From The Mountain featuring Nicklas Sonne of Defecto and Aries Descendant. The track was originally recorded by Allen/Lande and has been reworked here with Sonne delivering a fresh vocal performance.
The single follows the previously issued anniversary cuts Little Drops Of Heaven featuring Robin McAuley and Viva La Victoria featuring Dyan Mair.
Conceived from an idea by Frontiers president Serafino Perugino, the compilation revisits key songs from the label’s history with newly recorded versions by a broad cast of singers. Aldo Lonobile, Head of A&R Europe at Frontiers Label Group and producer of the album, said the record is intended both as a tribute to the label’s history and as a bridge between generations of Frontiers artists.
“Producing the 30th anniversary record for Frontiers Records has been both an honour and a responsibility,” Aldo Lonobile, Head of A&R Europe at Frontiers Label Group, said. “This label has built a legacy on passion and vision, and, with this album, we wanted to celebrate that history in a meaningful way.
“Having a mix of established and new generation of Frontiers artists reinterpret the iconic tracks that shaped our identity is more than a tribute. This is a bridge between eras.
“With a tracklist discussed together with the Frontiers President Serafino Perugino, this record is a celebration of where we come from, and a powerful statement of where we’re headed.”
The album features performances from artists including James Robledo, Cassidy Paris, Ronnie Romero, Santiago Ramonda, Robin McAuley and Nicklas Sonne, backed by a studio line-up that includes Alessandro Mammola, Andrea Arcangeli, Alessio Lucatti and Alfonso Mocerino.
For longtime followers and new listeners alike, the XXX Anniversary Compilation is designed as a celebration of three decades of rock excellence with a fresh 2026 perspective. Pre-orders are available from ffm.bio/xxxanniversary.

Bilmuri Teams Up With A Day To Remember On Awesome Track ‘ALWAYS LET YOU DOWN’
Bilmuri and A Day To Remember have joined forces for the sort of collaboration that sends shockwaves through the scene, and it is absolutely ace.

The track itself is titled ‘ALWAYS LET YOU DOWN’ and feels like a pitch-perfect combination of what both bands have spent their careers mastering. Insatiably catchy, pummelling in all the right places and full of heart, soul and earnest emotion, it’s the sort of track that already feels like a classic. Plus, the back and forth between Johnny Franck and Jeremy McKinnon feels like a bout 20 years in the making.
Just wait for that breakdown.
Speaking of bouts, the video is absolutely stellar, too. Seeing the pair take on each other in the Championship match of the Bilmuri Battle League, it’s as bonkers as it sounds, but so fitting for the sort of fun that both try to bring to the table.
Basically, it’s your new favourite song.
Get stuck in.
It’s set to appear on Bilmuri’s upcoming record ‘KINDA HARD’, which will be dropping on April 10. It’s also set to feature the recently released ‘TWICE’, which sounds an awful lot like this.
Bilmuri will be hitting the road around the world later this year in support of the album. Here are all the dates.JUNE
