Finnish atmospheric art rock band Cosmic Revival has released a new single titled “No Room For Mistakes” via Inverse Records. The track is currently available across all major digital streaming platforms and serves as the group’s second single, following their earlier debut release, “Hairy Mary.”

Where their debut leaned heavily into layered storytelling and literary influences, the new single broadens the sonic palette of the four piece group. “No Room For Mistakes” channels those same sensibilities into a more immediate, rhythmically focused framework, resulting in a composition driven by expressive dynamics and tight musicianship without abandoning their signature atmospheric density.

Operating out of Finland, the quartet features Hannele Juhala on vocals, Vesa Toivola on bass, Jani Lundell on guitar, and Mikko Lehtinen on drums. The band describes their music as existing in an imaginative space where characters function as both symbols and narratives, drawing heavily from emotional archetypes to create a sustained mood meant to reward repeated listening.

Folk progressive artist Dikajee has released a brand new single and accompanying music video titled “Gunpowder.” The track serves as the first preview from her highly anticipated upcoming album, The Frame, which is officially scheduled to arrive later this autumn on November 6. The new release features prominent guest appearances from musicians Varijashree Venugopal of Snarky Puppy and Jonathan Noyce of Jethro Tull.

Mastermind and vocalist Olga Karpova conceptually developed the new video to tell a story about overcoming the physical limits of the human body and mind. Visually exploring themes of rebirth and humanity, the piece portrays a cinematic narrative where the blind will see and the ghost will finally have a face again. Musically, the new track continues to showcase the exceptional range and refined technique of the artist, seamlessly blending classical operatic styles with folk and heavy progressive elements.

Following her critically acclaimed 2021 record Forget Me Nots, Dikajee relocated to the United Kingdom in 2023 to rebuild her live band with a fresh lineup. Funded entirely through a successful fan campaign, her second full length album The Frame expands upon her distinctive blend of progressive rock and neoclassical music. The upcoming release features an expansive international roster of guest musicians, highlighting her fearless musical vision as she prepares for the November launch.

Italian progressive metal act GanEden has released a new official lyric video for their conceptually driven track “Eva.” The song serves as a standout piece from the group’s expansive concept album, Gan Eden.

Thematically, “Eva” delivers a poignant re-examination of humanity’s first exile by shifting the perspective directly to the woman historically blamed for the fall. The emotionally charged track challenges the traditional narrative that equates female rebellion and the pursuit of knowledge with corruption. Instead, the song addresses the double standards surrounding Eve’s legacy, transforming her from a symbol of sin and deception into a figure of profound awareness, strength, and self-determination as she questions the authority of her creators.

Musically, the track features complex, atmospheric progressive metal soundscapes designed to match the heavy narrative of its parent album. The Gan Eden record operates as a sweeping reimagining of the Genesis story, portraying Adam and Eve as genetic experiments engineered by a higher intelligence and subsequently cast out onto Earth. Throughout the concept album, the band utilizes their powerful, dynamic instrumentation to soundtrack both the exiled pair and their creators as they are forced to confront the darkest flaws of humanity. The new lyric video for “Eva” is currently available to view online.

Italian modern metal band Souls of Diotima has released a brand new single titled “Revenge.” The track arrived as a surprise release for fans and serves as the latest preview of the group’s highly anticipated fifth studio album, Arcade. The new full length record is officially scheduled to drop on October 2 via Diotima Records.

Musically, the new track pushes the boundaries of the band’s evolving sound by revealing the fiercest metalcore elements of the upcoming album. Driven by razor sharp riffs, powerful screams, and the group’s signature melodic touch, “Revenge” operates as a raw cry of pain and retaliation. This intense sonic direction directly follows their previous single “Run Away,” which initially introduced listeners to the nu metal influences present on Arcade. The upcoming record marks a major milestone for the band as they transition toward a deeply personal and experimental modern metalcore identity.

To coincide with the official launch of Arcade on October 2, Souls of Diotima will embark on a run of live performances across Europe. The tour begins on release day with a show at Le Stock in Mennecy, France, featuring support from Solitude Within and Corvius, before moving through Belgium and the Netherlands over the opening weekend. “Revenge” is currently available to stream across all major digital platforms alongside an official visualizer video.

Swedish metal band ELEINE has released a crushing new single and accompanying music video titled “Watch As We Rise.” The track arrives alongside the official artwork reveal and pre-order launch for the group’s highly anticipated fifth studio album, The Water Taste Of Blood. The new record will be released independently through their own label Algoth Records, with global distribution handled by Sound Pollution Distribution on December 4.

Following the thematic narrative of their previous singles “Empire Of Lies” and “We March,” the new track serves as a heavy reckoning about reclaiming personal control. Driven by aggressive guitar riffs and unapologetic vocal deliveries from Madeleine Liljestam and Rikard Ekberg, the song focuses on finding the power to stand back up and overcome severe adversity. To support the upcoming album, ELEINE will embark on an extensive European and United Kingdom headlining tour starting this October, culminating in a special hometown album release show in Lund, Sweden, on December 5.

Sydney alternative rock band PENI PARKER has officially released a deeply personal new single titled “god save the nurse.” The track arrived across all major digital streaming platforms on July 24 and serves as an aggressive dedication to healthcare workers. Inspired by the experiences of the vocalist growing up around her mother who worked as an emergency nurse, the song captures the blinding rage of watching medical professionals continue to help others while those in power remain completely apathetic.

Musically, the addition of guitarist Brooklyn Wilson has pushed the project into heavier sonic territory, driving the new composition forward with harsher drums and unconventional song structures. Operating out of Australia, the band continues to forge epic rock anthems from a fusion of political fury and anime inspiration. Having already established a strong live presence by sharing stages with prominent acts such as Enter Shikari and Against the Current, PENI PARKER provides critical heavy riffs designed to challenge the system. “god save the nurse” is currently available to stream and download.

Romanian heavy metal band Scarlet Aura has released a new single and accompanying official music video titled “Amintirile.” The deeply emotional track serves as the second preview from the group’s highly anticipated upcoming album, Pe Aripile Vântului. This forthcoming release marks their third Romanian-language record and the eleventh full-length album of their extensive career.

Composed by vocalist Aura Dănciulescu alongside Dan Lica Shmaness, the new song delivers a powerful story about longing, gratitude, and the enduring strength of the past. Thematically, “Amintirile” explores how specific memories shape human identity and remain permanent fixtures despite the passage of time. Musically, the track balances the signature heavy energy of the band with a sensitive, cinematic atmosphere designed to highlight the emotional weight of the lyrics.

To visually complement the release, the band shared an official music video that translates the conceptual universe of the song into a living presence. Looking ahead to the full arrival of Pe Aripile Vântului, Scarlet Aura continues to explore complex themes of resilience, freedom, and family, consistently reinforcing their core message of unity. The new single “Amintirile” is currently available to stream across all major digital platforms as the band invites listeners to reflect on the memories they carry forward.
