Today, the genre-defying instrumental rock innovators Polyphia release the hypnotic new track “With Eyes To See” with an accompanying music video. This is the third single off their highly anticipated fifth full-length studio album Be Not Afraid out October 23rd with Rise Records.

The accompanying music video mirrors the track’s hypnotic pull, layering mesmerizing visuals with flashes of a world turned inside out. It’s interwoven with glimpses of redacted Epstein files and world destruction, grounding the video’s dreamlike unraveling in something unsettlingly real.

Earlier this year, Polyphia teased their new chapter with the release of their first single in over four years, “Can You Feel It” pushing boundaries in ways the band never has before with a hybrid of metal and dance music. Following, they released “Power In The Blood” with a music video filmed at the São Francisco da Penitência Church in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The powerful visuals from each release lay the foundation for what’s to come off the new record.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, Polyphia worked together in various locations in Miami, Los Angeles and Dallas alongside co-producer RJ Pasin and guitar phenom Spiro Dussias. Guitarist Tim Henson took a different approach to composition, initially singing lines aloud and then translating them onto guitar, creating a process that encouraged the entire band to build on each other’s ideas in real time. More than anything, the sessions were defined by how much fun they were having creating music together. By the time the album was finished, they had reached a point where they could let go of any expectations about what would happen next and simply enjoy what they had created together.

The collective thread together a three-dimensional offering of otherworldly metal, future-facing prog, and pulsating house sealed tightly with carefully curated samples, inventive beat-craft, and the guitar eloquence that Tim and Scott remain renowned for. This time around, the instrumental push-and-pull invokes the polarity of the ultimate extremes: good and evil.

When speaking on the album Henson adds: “The album takes you through the extremes of two different worlds / moods: one being very uplifting and triumphant, the other being spine-chilling and terrifying. There are moments on the record that legitimately scare me when I listen to them.”

Polyphia will be on tour this fall in the UK and Europe, before heading out on the North American leg of their World Tour in early 2027.RJ Pasin will still support every date worldwide. North American shows will feature Ladrones, with select dates including Intervals. Perturbator will join all UK and European dates, which remain unchanged for Nov/Dec 2026. Trafalgar Releasing and Mercury Studios today unveil the official trailer for Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back To The Beginning, as tickets go on sale for the concert film capturing the triumphant final performance from Ozzy Osbourne and the original Black Sabbath lineup. The film opens in cinemas worldwide October 28 for a limited time only. Tickets are available now here, where fans can also sign up for the latest event updates.

The film documents the July 5, 2025 Back To The Beginning show at Birmingham’s Villa Park marking Ozzy Osbourne‘s farewell performance (in his hometown just 17 days before his untimely death) reuniting with his Black Sabbath band mates: Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward marking the iconic group’s first performance together in more than 20 years and their triumphant final show.

The sold-out show commanded more than three million requests for the 44,000 available tickets. The night included sets from Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Gojira, Guns N Roses, Halestorm, Lamb of God, Mastodon, Metallica, Pantera, Rival Sons, Slayer, and Tool, along with All-Star segments with special guests Adam Wakeman, Andrew Watt, Billy Corgan, Chad Smith, David Draiman, David Ellefson, Jake E. Lee, KK Downing, Mike Bordin, Nuno Bettencourt, Papa V Perpetua (Ghost), Ronnie Wood, Rudy Sarzo, Sammy Hagar, Sleep Token II, Steven Tyler, Travis Barker, Vernon Reid, Whitfield Crane, and Yungblud.

The two-hour, thirty-minute cinematic release is highlighted by performances from some of the most influential names in rock coming together to celebrate Black Sabbath’s legacy in front of generations of fans along with personal reflections from the superstar musicians Ozzy and Black Sabbath inspired, and a behind the scenes look at the day itself including insight from show host Jason Momoa and Musical Director Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine guitarist).

Presented in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound, the film is directed for screen by Ben Wainwright-Pearce, with the live concert directed by Tim van Someren, and produced by Jim Parsons, Jamie Silk and Dan Seliger.

Twenty years after The Open Door debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard200, Craft Recordings celebrates Evanescence‘s landmark 2006 album with a newly remastered and expanded anniversary Deluxe Edition, arriving November 6 on 2-LP, CD, and digital formats. Alongside the original album, the collection brings together three fan-favorite rarities from The Open Door era—“If You Don’t Mind,” “Together Again,” and “The Last Song I’m Wasting On You”—plus a never-before-released demo of “Good Enough,” offering an intimate glimpse into the early development of one of the album’s most beloved songs.

Frontwoman Amy Lee says: “The Open Door was such an important time for me, pushing boundaries and feeding my desire to experiment and grow. I wanted to connect on a deeper level, and fought for a future for the music I loved. It was beyond worth it. The fact that it resonates with so many people 20 years later means so much to me.”

When Evanescence emerged in the early 2000s, their debut album Fallen became a global phenomenon, earning two Grammy Awards and establishing the band as one of the defining rock acts of the decade. Released on September 25, 2006, The Open Door arrived with enormous expectations—and found Evanescence pushing decisively beyond the sound of their debut. With Amy Lee taking greater creative control, the album expanded the band’s musical vocabulary through sweeping orchestration, electronic textures, choral arrangements, and piano-rich compositions, setting Lee‘s unmistakable voice against music that could move from crushingly heavy to starkly intimate. The result was an album that felt unmistakably like Evanescence while opening up entirely new possibilities for the band.

Debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, The Open Door sold more than 447,000 copies in its first week and topped charts around the world while landing in the Top 5 across more than 15 countries. Lead single “Call Me When You’re Sober” became a Top 10 Billboard Hot 100 hit, while the piano-led “Lithium” emerged as an enduring fan favorite and live staple. “Sweet Sacrifice,” which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance, captured the album at its most ferocious, while closing track “Good Enough” revealed its other extreme: a sparse, piano-driven performance centered on Lee‘s voice.

Two decades later, The Open Door continues to find new audiences. “Sweet Sacrifice” has recently experienced a resurgence on TikTok, where a new generation of listeners has embraced the track, adding another chapter to an album whose appeal has extended well beyond its original release.

The anniversary edition arrives amid a busy chapter for Evanescence. Following the June 2026 release of Sanctuary, their sixth studio album, the band embarked on an extensive world tour, with dates across North America, the UK and Europe, followed by upcoming shows in Asia and a run through Australia and New Zealand in early 2027. The 12-track Sanctuary includes “Who Will You Follow” and the No. 1 rock hit “Afterlife,” originally released for Netflix’s Devil May Cry, and follows a run of collaborations with K.Flay, Halsey, Poppy and Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante. As Evanescence continues to move forward, The Open Door (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) offers a chance to revisit the album that first demonstrated just how far the band’s sound could reach.
