Vick LeCar Ignites the Revolution with “The Gold Record” – Out March 6, 2026 Raw Rock That Refuses to Be Silenced – @thebeast
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Vick LeCar Ignites the Revolution with “The Gold Record” – Out March 6, 2026
Raw Rock That Refuses to Be Silenced
Mandeville, Louisiana – March 1, 2026 – The countdown is over. Guitar virtuoso and blues-rock powerhouse Vick LeCar is set to shatter the noise of today’s trend-chasing music scene with the explosive release of The Gold Record on March 6, 2026.
This isn’t your typical polished imitation. The Gold Record delivers 15 tracks of raw, heart-pounding authenticity, channeling the primal intensity of horror-tinged blues, blistering rock, and virtuoso guitar mastery. Drawing inspiration from legends like Jimi Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore, Carlos Santana, Brian May, Terry Kath, Al Di Meola, Paco de Lucía, and Gary Moore, LeCar doesn’t copy—he evolves, unleashing a ferocious, unmistakable style that hits harder than ever.
“You’ve got to feel it live to believe it,” LeCar declares. “The guitar screams straight from the soul—metal strings ripping through wood, cranked to electrifying amplifiers. My songwriting, my voice, my riffs—it’s all genuine, strong, loud, and proud. No formulas. No fakes. Just pure rock that breaks through every wall.”
Mastered for crystal-clear, bone-shaking impact, these 15 tracks pack grit, emotion, blistering solos, and lyrics that cut deep. In a sea of manufactured noise, The Gold Record stands tall as the real deal—music with fire, heart, and soul. Physical CDs will also be available for die-hard collectors.

As It Is, Witch Fever & More To Receive Funding From BPI’s Music Export Growth Scheme
The British Phonographic Industry, or BPI, have shared the latest round of bands to receive funding via their Music Export Growth Scheme.

The Music Export Growth Scheme (MEGS) is a system designed to help British artists play overseas without worrying so much about the rising costs now attached to touring.
£1.6 million has been shared among 58 artists who were successful in this round, and some familiar names are among them.
As It Is, who are preparing to release their new self-titled album, are one of them. The band had this to say about it:
“Grateful & excited to have been awarded funding by the Music Export Growth Scheme to support our international touring and international promotion surrounding our new album! A huge thank you to BPI & the MEGS panel for selecting us. Touring costs have risen significantly in the past few years and this will be a huge help to take this new era across the globe.”
Another is Cassyette, who has shared her appreciation for the support she now receives as she steps out as a fully independent artist.
And Witch Fever, who have been outspoken about their experiences of touring through Europe last year and difficulties that arose, have said, “Vvvvv excited to announce that we’ve been awarded some funding by the music export growth scheme at BPI that’ll help get us overseas ! This money will b covering costs across the dates of our upcoming tour.”
The list also features DAYTIME TV, The Molotovs, Cage Fight, Lastelle and Tropic Gold, so a wealth of British alternative talent is receiving key support.

THE SYNN REPORT (PART 192): JUODVARNIS
Recommended for fans of: Vintersorg, Enslaved, (early) Sólstafir When one talks about “Progressive Black Metal” there are certain names that tend to get mentioned the most (some of which I’ve noted above already). But Lithuania’s Juodvarnis (who recently released their 4th album) tend to get overlooked, which is a damn shame because the band’s evolution – […]
