On Episode 12 of 50 Shades Of Slaids we catch up with the one and only Zakk Wylde to talk all things Black Label Societies ‘Engines Of Demolition’ which was released via MNRK Heavy on March 27. This is Black Label Society’s twelfth studio album and in the eyes of Slaids is their best record to date and a massive contender for his album of the year.
Sitting down to chat with Zakk we cover all things ‘Engines Of Demolition’ the writing process for it and of course chat about the most recent single, the incredible ode to Ozzy Osbourne in ‘Ozzy’s Song’. We also talk about Zakk’s guitar line and uncover what is coming from Wylde Audio soon and a possible visit down under in the not too distant future. 20 minutes with Zakk isn’t nearly long enough as there is so much to talk about and Zakk himself loves a chat. So join us on a chat with the icon that is Zakk Wylde.
Thanks to MNKR Heavy, John Howarth and Zakk himself.
